Cookie & Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This page explains what information we collect through the Foxwood Ceramics website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

Who we are

Foxwood Ceramics is a family-owned tile and bathroom showroom based at 36–38 Woodbridge Road, Rushmere St Andrew, Ipswich, IP5 1BH. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

You can contact us on 01473 617050 or at showroom@foxwoodceramics.co.uk.

Our contact form

When you send us an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of enquiry, your message, and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about us.

We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to deal with it, for example to arrange a design consultation or answer a question about a product. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. See Netlify’s privacy policy for how they handle data. We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We keep the use of cookies to a minimum, and anything that is not essential is switched off unless you say yes.

WhatPurposeDo we need your consent?
Your cookie choice
(stored on your device, up to 12 months)
Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so we don’t keep asking. No. It is essential for the banner to work.
Meta Pixel
(Facebook and Instagram; sets cookies such as _fbp, typically lasting around 90 days)
Helps us measure how well our adverts on Facebook and Instagram work, for example whether someone who clicked an advert went on to send an enquiry, and helps Meta improve how our adverts are shown. Information about your visit is shared with Meta. Yes. It is off unless you press Accept.

If you accept, Meta receives information such as your IP address, the pages you view and whether you complete an enquiry. How Meta uses that information is explained in Meta’s privacy policy.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time. Use the button below or the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of any page. If you reject after previously accepting, we remove the Meta cookies we can and the page reloads. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.

Other content on this website

To display the site, your browser also loads some content from other providers, including fonts from Google, our Instagram feed from Behold and Instagram, and images from Cloudinary. When your browser requests this content, these providers receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type. Please see their own privacy policies for details of how they use it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To do any of these, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use cookies or personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
